In case something goes wrong with your:

We have provided a couple of ways for technologly help.
If you have access to your email and the issue is not as urgent you can send an email to:

There a request is open in our system and one of your regional techs will stop by and work with you to resolve your technical issue.

If it is more severe or simple enough where someone can 'walk you through' something (such as a password reset) feel free to call our tech hotline:

A help desk representative (stationed here in AZ) will assist you with your tech issue.  If the problem is severe enough that it requires a visit, the help desk representative will escalate your issue and one of your regional techs will stop by and work with you to resolve it.
